This Valentine’s Day menu is not about extravagant oysters and caviars, but rather about keeping the love focused on seasonal eating bathed in romance. We’ll set the table, dim the lights, and pour the wine while you enjoy the rich aromas wafting from the kitchen’s heated nooks. Indulge in sultry and savory notes offering up the perfect balance between simplicity and decadence. Nothing demonstrates the devotion of amore more than romantic collaborations in the kitchen, where tonight you and your loved one will learn how to prepare rich and beautiful dishes while enjoying each other’s company. We’ve planned a 5 course meal that may or may not have an aphrodisiac or two and incorporates sensuous, velvety textures (a la velvety chestnut soup with grape honey) to exotic flavors met between roasted pork loin with cherry sauce. The ingredients are gorgeously simple, letting the quality of the components shine through. Enjoy an aperitif and wine pairings. Dine in style and celebrate romance with us at a dimly lit Ger-Nis!
