The way you relate to your first meal of the day will affect the hours that follow. Let’s halt before grabbing that doughnut or opting for nothing and stifling your stomach grumbles until lunchtime! Just because we’re in a hurry doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our health or make the rest of our day just a little more difficult to bear. In this class, we’ll be preparing some easy morning staples you can recreate in a flash using whole grains and more unusual ingredients such as quinoa and flax seed. Embracing breakfast helps us bust through our to-do lists, makes us feel good, and keeps us energized. We’re here to provide you with the key to easy, grab and go options. Slow down and fuel up this morning, and see if you don’t just want to treat yourself to breakfast every morning!
