As Marie Antoinette once said, “Let them eat cake.” And here at Ger-Nis, we couldn’t agree more.

Have you ever wanted to make a cake that would impress all your friends and family? Do you want to be the person that shows up for a special party or event with a glorious looking cake in tow? If so, this is the class for you! This class is all about making that stand-out cake that everyone will be talking about for years to come, from the crumb coating to frosting, we are breaking down all the intricacies on how to create a great looking and delicious tasting cake, through hands-on learning and instructor demonstration! The inside is just as important as the outside, so we’ll provide the recipes for moist, flavorful sweet cakes that will have everyone digging in for one, two and maybe even three slices. This is no kiddie cake, but one to show off to your friends and say, “This took me all day to make,” but it was well worth it. Explore your sweet tooth side in this class, and create great works of art out of cake!
