Always looking to avoid processed foods full of mystery ingredients we can’t identify nor pronounce, loaded with bad fats and high in sodium, she is an expert when it comes to whipping up healthy, real meals that rely on the use of ingredients that leave nothing to the imagination. In addition to running Ger-Nis, Nissa is a long time culinary instructor specializing in fresh herbs.
