This class is designed for the typical New Yorker leaving wakes in their tracks that want to eat healthier but lack the time to shop for their ingredients, to cook them up, and eat right too. Instead of heading for that take-out or stocking up on processed goods found in the frozen food aisles, get your bottoms down to Ger-Nis to learn how to fill your freezer to suit your body, your schedule, and your budget. Here at Ger-Nis, we know what it’s like to scramble for healthful, delicious meals so we’re more than apt to impart our knowledge on how to prepare meals to suit the same needs! Come on down to learn how to fill your freezer with healthy, homemade, organic foods that are quick to reheat and assemble. We’ll show you how to prepare foods for freezing, what ingredients freeze well and what don’t, how to reheat your foods without using a microwave, and how to package up the goods to protect against freezer burn. You’ll come away knowing how to stock up for your life without sacrificing your time, your health, or your taste buds! Freeze for the king or queen inside of you!
