The perfect anecdote for a crappy day, martini experimentation revs up our creative energies and brings our culinary whims to full attention! We’re obsessed with mad scientists for their ingenuous ways, and we’ll be calling on their magic powers when we conjure up unique martinis. We’re straddling the lines between the classic, debonair James Bond style-martini and the ultra-fruity, flirty martinis made for those with a sweeter palette and we will experiment further with exotic herbs and spices as well as conjuring up creative garnish additives. While we won’t get too carried away and dive off the mad scientist deep end, we will playfully experiment with basic martini recipes, keeping the them tastefully classis with a hip creative edge! We’ll cover the history of the martini; the difference between gin or vodka martinis, shaken or stirred, and dirty or clean; but tonight we’ll take it a step further and prove that “creative flavored” drinks can still be “martini stiff” and scrumptious. Tonight, fresh fruits, vegetables, and spices transform into handy tools that’ll help us chart our path through the wild world of the martini! Put on your mad scientist goggles, and maybe grab a date, to get ready for this night to remember!
