Our Full Moon Date Night Series goes rogue and howls out for the sexy singles! All the single ladies and gents in the metro area, this night is for you! Tonight Chef Palak Patel is hosting an artful cocktail party and cooking class in your honor, learning to host a party as you enjoy one. Build some bar-tending skills, surely useful in life, and hone in on your creative capacities for creating unique cocktails influenced by the Indian landscape. On the same note, you’ll learn how to prepare simple and elegant entertainment cocktail nibbles fused together with Indian spices and fresh musings from produce. This is an opportunity to learn more about who waltzes in and out of our local metro community; gain fresh insight into hosting your own “themed” cocktail events using whole, seasonal ingredients that aim to refresh and entice; while we relax along with beautifully sculpted, festive Indian cocktails and each other. What better way to allow our ponderances beneath the full moon take sway than this magical frame for an evening?

Palak Patel

Chef Palak Patel moved to NY from San Francisco where she served as personal chef to the well to do crowd of the Silicon Valley. She competed on the Sears Chef Challenge, one of only 12 chefs selected to compete in a national cooking competition for charity and featured on CBS series about outsourcing your life. As a teenager, she learned everything she could from her mother about traditional Indian cuisine. Palak’s main goal is to integrate fresh produce and flavors of Indian cooking with French techniques. Palak is currently enrolled in the French Culinary Institute, a premier member of United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA), Women Chef Restaurateurs and Slow Food USA. Contact Palak
