The Everyday Vegan Series exists for a very simple reason! Choosing vegan is so noticeably good for your mind and your body whether or not you do it every day, once a week, or for a single meal every so often. Factory farmed meats and dairy products have proven significantly hazardous for our health and have deleterious effects on our surrounding environment. In this summer’s Everyday Vegan class we’ll be focusing on vegan recipes found in the Thai countryside! Thai food really shines because it relies upon the freshest ingredients around to make its dishes really sing. What’s great is that while these dishes are absolutely harmless, they make a profoundly strong impact in more ways than one! Enhancing your vegetarian and vegan bag of tricks is a must for the well-being of the entire world! Freshen up! Learn the secret freshness of Thai in this class as we work with simple, raw ingredients that are packed with flavor as well as ZING. Summer time reeks of heat and humidity and so we crave food that is light and fresh but we don’t want to compromise on powerful flavors. In this class we learn simple, fresh concepts that you can apply to your cooking to keep you fit, healthy, satisfied, cool and alive (all spiced up!). What’s good for your mind and body is good for your mood, too, it proves! What’s not to love about quick, fresh, healthy, vegan and easy? How can something that sounds so good be true? Find out along side of us!
