Our Make Your Own Take Out Series aims to put you in the driver’s seat, not the dialing-for-take-out seat! Vietnamese Sandwiches are one of those highly sought-after, go-to meals you would never think twice about ordering, but did you know that it is as absolutely, wonderfully gratifying to prepare as it is to devour? As well as incredibly simple and CHEAP! Pair that with the ever refreshing summer roll, with its cute little way of wrapping itself up for easy consumption hosting a plethora of flavors, sensations and textures to crunch along through! No Vietnamese Sandwich or Summer Roll is complete without essential sauces. We’ll show you how we make our signature Sriracha that gives the original a run for its money as well as an excellent Hoisin Sauce that relies on only the freshest ingredients for its flavor! To round out our Vietnamese Take Out extravaganza we’ll prepare our own seasonal take on Bubble Tea, taking on the challenge of the tapioca pearl with full steam ahead! She has been teaching cooking classes for over a decade; lives a life that upholds her fair-trade, organic values; and is a renowned, noted herb expert, having worked in herb fields and the herb business for quite a time now. She has acquired a master gardener certificate, allowing for a deeper appreciation for and understanding of the growing process undertaken by every food plant and a deeper respect for its growers.
