If we didn’t find you strolling in the streets of India, then we hope to find you indulging in a beautiful class on Indian Street Food. Palak is here to show you that India essentially has the best street food a country can offer, from the freshest, most local ingredients to the most creative yet traditional use of surrounding goods that ultimately results in the most tasty, sensational dishes anyone could ask for. This type of cuisine is a huge market for the locals, showcasing their fresh ingredients in a simple, convenient on the go and direct way for people to enjoy food as they take in the sights and sounds of local villages. We’ll be incorporating our own local ingredients in true Indian fashion to produce unique street foods you can enjoy anywhere! Palak Patel

Chef Palak Patel moved to NY from San Francisco where she served as personal chef to the well to do crowd of the Silicon Valley. She competed on the Sears Chef Challenge, one of only 12 chefs selected to compete in a national cooking competition for charity and featured on CBS series about outsourcing your life. As a teenager, she learned everything she could from her mother about traditional Indian cuisine. Palak’s main goal is to integrate fresh produce and flavors of Indian cooking with French techniques. Palak is currently enrolled in the French Culinary Institute, a premier member of United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA), Women Chef Restaurateurs and Slow Food USA. Contact Palak
