Our Seasonal Entertaining Series exists to provide you with the inspiration and festive ideas required to pull off hosting a celebration with flair and grace. This time we’ll celebrate the close of summer as we break into early autumn. We celebrate The Autumnal Equinox featuring honey & apples! We will learn a seasonal entertaining menu that allows us to enjoy early apples and all of the beautiful honey collecting over the last few months! The series features a cocktail and non alcoholic drink, an appetizer, an entree and a dessert, all celebrating peak season. Celebrate the times changing and learn to make creative use of the newly welcomed seasonal goods! The harvest has been celebrated since ancient times, paying due to the grand design that feeds us while enjoying it heartily and thoroughly! Touch it, feel it and know it. It’s easy to forget where we’ve come from and where we’re going when we reflect upon autumn’s inevitability. Let’s reflect one last time on the bounty of summer and what that time allowed us as a people moving forward into the fall. We will focus on the skills and techniques most useful to prepare goods from the harvest! This class will give you a bounty of skills when seasonally entertaining!
