This summer the Ger-Nis Summer Social Club is making it a mission to hit up all of the most revered food spots! This time we’ve got the perfect specialized sandwich joint! Mile End! The fairly new, much acclaimed sandwich shop features Jewish style delicatessen foods, like attention-to-detailed smoked meats and pickles, making it hard to pass up this summer. The Lunch Meat-Up Tour of Brooklyn’s best sandwich shops would be incomplete without highlighting the Jewish sector of Montreal encapsulated by Mile End. The patience and skill these guys have is hard to find these days. They have taken an old tradition of making smoked meats and pickles, transforming it from old hat to new. So come one, come fifteen, take a quick lunch break with us, and lets sit and “meat” with those who make Mile End the devilishly delicious haunt it so is, while getting to know other like-minded persons in the community! What’s an hour outta your day for some social lunch-meat?

*Ger-Nis Summer Social Club will meet in front of Mile End at 12:00 PM
