Busy people could certainly stand to rely on these pantry raising techniques provided by this class, and Ger-Nis is ready and willing to let you in on theirs to show you what it takes to create an elegant, full meal that requires little thought and hesitation! Ashton Keefe, food stylist and master caterer, will provide you with a well laid plan to seamlessly throw together ingredients found in the Ger-Nis pantry to simplify your lives (and kick the delicious factor up a notch). Everyone will leave with a deeper sense of what their pantry could perhaps use with the Ger-Nis pantry as a guide and simple preparation tips that work for a wide range of ingredients as found in the Ger-Nis pantry! Find inspiration in intuition and spontaneity, learn to raid the pantry with style and grace and prepare miraculous tasting yet simple to prepare meals on a whim! You get to raid a “professional pantry” Ger-Nis style!

Ashton Keefe

Ashton Keefe is a private chef, caterer, and food stylist in New York. After graduating from Wake Forest University with a BA in English and Entrepreneurship she studied Classic Pastry Arts at The French Culinary Institute. Ashton also conrtibutes to Leslie Sbrocco’s Thirsty Girl, and has written, developed and tested for magazines such as O Magazine and Everyday with Rachael Ray.
