The Ger-Nis Summer BBQ Bonanza is paving the way for BBQ education this summer, celebrating the wild world of BBQ! All too often the other components of a grill out get top honor, snacks and drink that don’t go on the grill, get the shaft, but we believe they deserve some attention- and we’re making that happen here! We all want good food and drink, and with just a little channeling of our energies on making tasty drinks and snacks, even the grilled food comes out tasting better! We’ll go over making some refreshing summer drinks using seasonal ingredients and prepare some simple, elegant BBQ snacks to nosh on before your grilled goodies are ready, with a focus on those little details that bring an average meal into the spectrum of greatness. BBQ-ing is oftentimes a journey that takes a length amount of time with folks vigilantly tending to the grill. Shine a little of that vigilance on the snacks and drinks that lead up to the big event!
