This summer the Ger-Nis Summer BBQ Bonanza dresses up a whole weekend in all things barbeque, shining light on new, fresh ways to enliven and enhance every grill out this season and summers to come using local, seasonal ingredients. Ger-Nis believes in the power of seasonal and homemade, transforming each and every dish toward greatness. ‘Quick & easy’ does not have to mean buying processed, ready to go condiments! With these simple preparation techniques you’ll be able to make condiments tastier and healthy again! We’ll focus on preparing staple condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish and a few other classic BBQ condiment staples using the best summer ingredients and techniques for making the preparation simple, leading to the best tasting condiments. In addition to running Ger-Nis, Nissa is a long-time culinary instructor, specializing in fresh herbs.
