The Ger-Nis Summer BBQ Bonanza lights up this summer in celebration of all things BBQ, covering all of the essential components of what makes a BBQ a memorable, delicious event! We’ll demonstrate the wonders of the herbal BBQ mop, providing you with a sense of what a BBQ mop is and how an herbal mop is a cheap and flavorful alternative to plastic brushes! Herbal mops, sops or bastes are key when it comes to producing the best tasting, succulent grilled meats and seafood, vegetables and even fruits, retaining moisture and combating the drying effect of an open fire. Mops are basically an apparatus delivering thin watery solutions that drip over the grilled product, essentially inducing and enhancing various flavors. In this case, the sauces are enhanced with the flavor of the herb itself, the tool doubling as an ingredient. Learn how to build an herbal mop brush with fresh herbs so abundant this summer! Who can resist this flavorful tool?
