We’ll cover the best seafood to cook up on the grill, focus on preparing light marinades and dry rubs to brighten the flavors, show you how to grill fish without it falling apart on you, and more! You’ll learn the key tricks of seafood grilling from using baskets to cedar planks and banana leaves to grill hearty, sustainable seafood!
