Sundays are made for bonding and learning! Fall weekends ask you to slow down your lives to soak up the environment and enjoy all of the people in our every day whether they are new to us or regular installations of our reality. This Sunday, we aim to prepare a brunch setting that’s designed to allow you to get to know one another more deeply while obtaining the skills that make life more enjoyable! Because we don’t have an “official” day for appreciating our significant other’s parents, it’s nice to set down a time to show them that you care enough and that you want to spend time growing! In this class, you’ll learn the merits of artisanal coffee, featuring Stumptown, how to create spritzers from scratch to satisfy our craving for the sweet and sparkling, how to make the cinnamon buns that keep people coming back as well as how to incorporate fall spices (freshly ground!) that underscore the beauty of an autumn pancake, flavoring butter well to drizzle over your culinary brunch treasures and how to make poached eggs sing using unusual ingredients such as the ever palatable miso and bok choy. You’ll discover how to incorporate the winning textures of fall apples and ginger to prepare a delicious fall tart! New summer marriages make this a prime occasion to get to know each other’s founding fathers and mothers, but the whole kit and caboodle will take flight in family affection over a freshly prepared, communal meal! Set the date this fall, and get to know the pleasures of getting more intimate with extended members of your family!
