It’s safe to say pizza and calzones make the average human purr in delight. Taking it a step further, eating a top-notch, high-quality, homemade varieties make the average human do the can can. In this class, we’re here to show you that you can (can!) make these casual, delicious meals any day of the week! Even better is it’s a fun project to take on with your kids, your friends, even your coworkers, that will satisfy a wide range of palettes. You’ll learn techniques like how to prepare the dough (which should be made ahead of time- a great time divider!) what your various options for dough are, gluten free, whole wheat, herbed and even cheesy. Calzones are essentially a pizza pocket or the dough wrapped around the goods. Calzones are an excellent medium for taking on the do and dipping. This class will focus on learning the basics while streamlining your creativity to create the perfect concoctions for your pallet. Spring & early summer veggies are perfect for pizzas and calzones. Pizza does not have to be unhealthy to be delicious. See for yourself and indulge in Pizza and calzones.
