Calzones are essentially a pizza pocket or the dough wrapped around the goods. Calzones are an excellent medium for taking on the do and dipping. This class will focus on learning the basics while streamlining your creativity to create the perfect concoctions for your pallet. Spring & early summer veggies are perfect for pizzas and calzones.
