In our class, The Christmas Cookie Box, you’ll learn a number of cookie recipes that range from the simple to the complex but which always end up tasty. You’ll also learn that even the most complex cookie recipes are really not that hard. The class will look at recipes from different cultures around the world to discover how this simple treat is used as a universally understood gift of love to children and adults alike. As Christmas approaches, you’ll have the confidence and the knowledge you need to create gifts from your heart and join in the global tradition. Santa will appreciate the gesture and there will be no lump of coal for you.
