Fresh and Fast Weeknight Meals works towards the goal of providing very simple and quick meal tactics, tools and recipes to prepare on the fly to greatly improve our quality of life, become self-reliant without skipping on necessary nutrients our body requires or skimping on flavor. One pan meals are fantastic as they are an easy and clean method of treating yourself to a home cooked meal that frees up your time from doing a ton of dishes and spending a lot of hours logged into preparation. It’s important to prepare yourself for the periods in life that ask you to move quickly and efficiently, and for battling those periods it’s important to continue nourishing yourself to increase longevity and performance as well as to enjoy every minute you’ve got along the way! Simplify your life without sacrificing flavor and your health! Stop fussing, drop the delivery act and roll smoothly and happily forward with your mad skillets in hand! This spring we celebrate the vegetable in our vegetarian version of our one pan wonder class, making us all (the meat eaters included) satisfied with the flavor and the clean up!
