Every child has a soft spot for baked confections and the potential for kids to be transformed into a pastry chef for however long is some of the most fun a kid can have. This class employs the little lads and lasses’ curious culinary drives. Kids will get familiar with food preparation using fun, delicious recipes that are simple to prepare and give them confidence and finesse in the kitchen! They’ll get to exercise their creative juices playing with flavors and broadening their confectionary decorating skills. By bringing our kids into the kitchen, we are giving them hands-on experience with the food they consume, bettering their eating habits and decisions for life!

Melissa Ricketts

Melissa was born in Jamaica, West Indies and raised in New York City. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She managed clinical trials at a health-care teaching institution. Melissa decided to focus on her true passions: food & travel. She is an alum from the Institute of Culinary Education and worked at New York City’s Gramercy Tavern restaurant. Dynamic Cuisines reflects the working style and passion for diverse cuisines. The mission is to consistently provide exceptional client service and delectable cuisines which are seasonally inspired. Dynamic Cuisines is certified as a Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise.
