It’s safe to say pizza makes the average human purr in delight. Taking it a step further, eating a top-notch, high-quality, homemade gourmet pizza makes the average human do the can can. In this class, we’re here to show you that you can (can!) make these casual, delicious totally gourmet meals any day of the week! Even better is it’s a fun project to take on with your kids, your friends, even your coworkers, that will satisfy a wide range of palettes. You’ll learn techniques like how to prepare the dough (which should be made ahead of time- a great time divider!) and gourmet dough’s are just as simple but just a little “supped” up. We’ll cover the various options for fancier dough’s like dried mushroom, whole wheat, herbed and even stuffed. This class will focus on learning the basics of pizza making while streamlining your creativity to create the perfect concoctions for your gourmet pallet. Pizza does not have to be unhealthy to be delicious. See for yourself and indulge in the gourmet of pizza.
