These days, most popsicles that you find in grocery stores are full of artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners. We’re here to show you how healthy and tasty they can be, and how to make them geared towards adults more refined and creative palettes! In this class you’ll learn the basic techniques of popsicle making, both with and without equipment and the latest gadgets, you will learn to create swirls and multi-colored pops with fresh flavors, whole fruits, spices and even a few infused with liquor! No more pulling out the standard artificial cherry, orange or grape popsicles from the box – after this class, you’ll get pops that not only taste like the real thing they’re named after, but surprise you with how complex and layered the flavors can be. Fun for a party, barbeque or just to have on a hot, summer night, this class will make you glad you’ve rediscovered popsicles or have just come to indulge your sweet tooth.
