Experiencing the finer things in life is a relatively simple act when one lives in the epicenter (New York City and Brooklyn) of all things culinary. No doubt creative artistry in cooking and pairing foods reigns supreme in our hood. The artisanal hands that make up some of Brooklyn’s finest flavors come together with Compass Box Whisky to present a unique tasting experience combining some of the most coveted flavors of them all–, whisky, cheese and chocolate into true utopian pairings! We start with Compass Box hand-crafted scotch whiskies, that illustrious whisky made with unique blending craftsmanship and known for running the gamut from soft to light, sweet oak flavors and nuances; then out to the big, smoky and complex ones. Brooklyn’s very own Stinky Brooklyn, the connoisseurs of all things fromage will be using their famed sniffers and pallets to do what they do best- let you taste the best of the best. The delectable sweets of the Chocolate Room will round out the pairings (and probably blow your mind). Together with Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center, this trifecta of flavor will transform and enhance the flavors of whisky, cheese and chocolate into an unforgettable and unprecedented 6 course tasting experience.
