Sundays are made for bonding and learning! Winter weekends ask you to slow down your lives to soak up the environment. In this Sunday Brunch class, we aim to prepare a brunch setting that’s designed to allow you to soak up culinary diversity, while obtaining the skills that make brunch making more enjoyable! We learn to not only bring  the art of preparing brunch into our Sunday rituals, but we bring the delectable breakfast culture of the Middle East into our homes and hearts! We will learn simplistic enjoyment of the Arabic salad, the soft-doughy goodness of the boureka and of course, we will master the shakshuka.  We’ll dine with seasonal Cara Cara  mimosas and elevate our fresh juice game with fresh grapefruit and fennel juice, spiked if you like it that way!

Recipes:Coffee, Fresh Cara Cara OJ/Mimosas, Fresh Grapefruit Fennel Juice/Spiked, Arabic Salad, Cheese and Potato Burekas, Yeminite Hot Sauce and Shakshukas

Class Type: Individual, hands-on cooking class

Class Notes: Master Brunch!
