Global cuisines around the world  all have versions of dumplings. A dumpling is essentially a little dough pocket filled with something, that’s steamed, boiled, or fried and they are usually dipped in sauce rather than drenched in it. This class allows us to work on our dumpling skills using a few of the basic dumplings of the world as our muse.

Recipes: Pork & Cabbage Potstickers with Miso Ginger Glaze, Cheddar Cheese and Potato Pierogis with Sour Cream, Homemade Ginger Ale

Class Type: Hands on Middle School Kids/Bolinas After School Cooking Program
