Pizza is an American food staple and a beloved favorite amongst many families.  Not only is it convenient, but it’s delicious too.   It’s the perfect meal for a kid to make with store bought or pre-prepared dough kept in the freezer or fridge. Ger-Nis will provide the warm soft dough for our pizza chefs and teach the art of layering pizzas perfectly, showing which meats, cheese and VEGETABLES are best to use and how to lay them down so that your pizza doesn’t get soggy.  We’ll construct a simple and tasty sauce, using a few spices and then each chef will get to design their own pizza! This class is all about fun, experimentation and some wild pizza combinations. In addition we will be learning how to make simple, delicious natural & healthy sodas using season fruits and spices!
