Making your own snacks as a young person is one of the cornerstones to freedom.  Learning about your own tastes in addition to cooking and what pairs well together while keeping it all quick and simple is not always easy.  We give you the road map in this class for successful snack making endeavors that will take you all the way through your adult lives.


Smoothies: Strawberry-Mango Yogurt Smoothie, “Iron Man” Green Spinach Smoothie

Snacks: Fresh Carrot Sticks;  Homemade Ranch Dressing, Blueberry-Yogurt Chai Cereal Bars, Chocolate Junk Bark
