This year with the Bolinas after school program we embark on the discovery and celebration of global cuisines. Learning flavors, ingredients and techniques of the world while we try to understand how culture, access to ingredients and even politics can shape the foods we eat.

Last minute holiday shopping meets global spices. This super casual class is about having fun and being productive,  churning out global gourmet gifts from the Ger-Nis  kitchen for those you care about.  We’re here to show that making our own gifts can be an enjoyable, time-saving, and all around a better route to approaching holiday gift giving! All of our kitchen products are custom flavored by each student making sure that each individuals unique style and flavor shines bright. Organic ingredients coupled with soft and meaningful instruction and  guidance will transform ordinary kitchen staples into beautiful treasures for  loved ones to behold in awe.  Holiday music will abound and Nissa’s herbal cookies will be ample. We will sip on hot cocoa and conjure up magic.

Attention to the decorative encasements will not be overlooked as we provide everything to house, decorate and wrap your kitchen gifts,  recipes cards as well and all packaging will be sustainable as is the Ger-Nis way….
