The Middle Child

The middle child's natural hunger and knowledge for know how is met in a variety of classes at Ger-Nis. In addition to teaching basic kitchen safety, food preparation skills, and recipe following, we empower students to make healthy choices for themselves and their planet by feeding their inquisitive minds with knowledge for various foods, cultures and techniques, while also remaining true to their creative sides.
