Series Classes
Our series classes allow students to take their learning a step further by focusing on a topic over several classes. We delve deeper in these classes, whether the focus is a cooking process, a slew of ingredients or culture or touring a specific area and its local foods and philosophies. The idea is that sometimes it takes a few classes to capture a greater essence.
